this has a pleasant classic spearmint flavour. its not a gel-type paste but the powder-type that cleans much more efficiently. it also coats your teeth over time which truely does desensitise teeth so that hot and cold does not come with that searing pain.

heard from dentists that not all toothpastes are the same, and to use ones with ‘stanous fluoride’. Some sensodyne toothpastes use it. the texture is a bit more runny than what I’m used to from other toothpastes

Used Sensodyne Daily Care & Whitening for two weeks. My teeth feel noticeably cleaner and less sensitive, though I didn’t see much whitening difference. Still a reliable everyday toothpaste.

I don’t have sensitive teeth so can’t comment on how well it works but the taste is fine and does a good cleaning job
