The only paracetamol I use and yes it does work rapidly within 20 minutes. It’s great for when you have headaches and other types of pain that you want rapid relief from. I highly recommend

Panadol rapid are our headache go too and similar slight pain problems. Easy on your stomach, probably quick. Not sure what the others ones were like lol !!! But they’re definitely a brand we trust.
