Great for any type of cooking that needs a French onion sauce. it’s top quality and you really can taste it in the cooking. I can’t recommend this highly enough and it is well worth the price.

This is great for a quick soup that doesn’t need to be simmered for hours, but also for adding great depth and flavour to stews and casseroles. I’ve recently used it as a base for curries sausages and the whole family loved it
