I would say the flavor itself is decent, but it doesn't have that strong, cheesy flavor I was hoping for. However, the texture is surprisingly good, and it worked well as a topping. I was just a little disappointed by how bland it actually turned out to be.

I love this Parmesan. it is salty with a little bite to it but not overpowering. The kids love it which is a bonus. For some reason grates is just way better than shaved. Highly recommended!
