I would say the flavor itself is decent, but it doesn't have that strong, cheesy flavor I was hoping for. However, the texture is surprisingly good, and it worked well as a topping. I was just a little disappointed by how bland it actually turned out to be.

this is my favourite Parmesan cheese, I always buy this brand. it’s so tasty and in a convenient size packet. keeps really fresh when sealed up. I like the grated version but have also had the shaved one too. sometimes it can be on special too.
