So handy especially this winter. I love tomato soup especially when I get sick and I don’t have an energy to cook. Best serve with your favourite toasted sourdough bread with butter on top, yum! A versatile tomato soup that can also be used as recipe base to many dishes. I used this in my bolognaise rather than the tin tomatoes. I Usually stock these in my pantry when they are on special.
