Nice and dark, not watery, not overly concentrated. Has herb and spice but not so much that it overwhelms the food its on, and has proper fermented vinegar instead of Chinese bulk additive so actually tastes like old school sauce used to... without so much acidity that it works against the cause. Great overall sauce, highly recommended

the taste of the sauce was great, however it was almost impossible to get the sausage to squeeze out, no matter how much I cleaned the nozzle. hopefully it was just a dodgy nozzle
