I like that it’s portioned just right for a quick breakfast or mid-day snack, and it’s convenient to throw in your bag. It also feels gentle on the stomach, which is a nice bonus. The only downside is that it can be a little on the sweeter side for my taste, and the portion might not be filling enough if you’re really hungry. Still, it’s a reliable, enjoyable yoghurt that I’d happily buy again.
