Who said adults can't have kids yoghurt? This is my favourite as it is naturally sweetened with no added sugar or chemicals. They are also lots cheaper than the 'adults' yoghurts, but then again the protein content is the same as any other non high protein marketed yoghurt brands. this is especially nice when semi frozen!
