Personally I like yogurt with some sweet flavours, strawberry is my favourite. Some brands are less sweet, maybe healthier but I like it to be a bit sweet. Farmers Union is my favourite brand .

Convenient packaging , great for school lunches and pre or post workout snack. Love the taste and the fact it has probiotics. Bit on the pricey side but paying for the easy on the go packaging

nice you hurt, give it a try if you are fan of them. they are not bad and no too sweet, Though there is added sugar it's less than 14 grams which makes it healthier.
