This Greek yogurt is quite nutritious and easy to consume. All you need to do is to twist open the cap and squeeze the packet. I would suggest squeezing enough to eat in one bite as it can overflow and cause spills. However, it is very convenient to have on the go as you don't have to scoop yogurt out of a container. It also contains a lid if you want to save it for later.

love a good yogurt its healthy & good for you the only thing i guess im becoming aware of is i guess the amount of plastic is used to package these. When you walk down the yoghurt aisle & see all of the products you realise how a tub of yogurt is better not only for our health but really it’s better for the environment.
