these are great for breakfast! i love that they have prebiotics in them for gut health. i prefer the once with fruits but this is still good!

This is a great product fresh and healthy. It’s quite easy to get used to having just the natural yoghurt flavour rather than having other flavours added and I feel it’s more healthy as well. This one has the probiotics in it which also really helps support the gut.
