Kids can use this yoghurt for school to drink while they are thirsty. Put them it in their school bags and lunch box. The age of kids can drink this is 3+ years old

recommend it 100%. Is very handy for a quick snack, for the kids even for adults. really nice flavor, there are more flavors, banana, vanilla... we use to have allways 3 or 4 in the fridge. The kids love it and I love it too. Is a healthier option to have at morning tea or afternoon tea. 100% recommend it
