As a parent, I like that it has calcium and probiotics, and it doesn’t have any artificial colours or flavours. The only downside is that it does have some added sugar, and it can get a bit pricey compared to buying a big tub of yoghurt. But for convenience and something the kids will actually finish, it’s worth it.
