The texture is thick and creamy, just how a good Greek yoghurt should be, and the taste is fresh with a mild tang that’s not too sour. It works perfectly for breakfast with fruit and granola, in smoothies, or even as a base for savory sauces and dressings. I also like that it’s high in protein, which keeps me full for longer. The 1kg size is great value for money and convenient for meal prep throughout the week. The only small downside is that it can be slightly thicker than some people prefer, but you can easily stir it or add a bit of milk to adjust the consistency. Nutrition First: As a "Light" version, it has significantly less fat than regular Greek yoghurt, but still packs a punch with protein. This makes it perfect for my post-workout smoothies or as a filling breakfast.

i frequently buy the farmers union light greek style yoghurt, it tastes great and isn’t too thick. it can go slightly watery but you just need to mix it

This yogurt is very tasty and fresh. I love this type of product from this company, even my kids like it and it is always available in our fridge.
