this yoghurt has a lovely tarty taste. it is super thick and creamy and has very little liquid in it which I love. very versatile and I use it in baking, on its own, topped with fruit or honey, or in smoothies. I love that it’s high in protein and supports gut flora.

This yoghurt is nice to eat for a variety of meals. It is not too sweet and like traditional Greek yogurt. It’s good for savoury dishes and meals or adding fruit or sweetener to. It’s not the cheapest however.
