This is my favourite yoghurt due to its very simple composition and the presence of probiotics Lactobacillus bulgaricus which is also a source of magnesium. No added sugars is another important factor for me to enjoy it. This yoghurt is tasty on its own, enriched with fresh fruits and nuts or great cooking ingredient.
