Cotters strawberry jam is really tasty, it's nice and perfectly sweet and spreads really well, even kept in the fridge. It has a nice balance of strawberry chunks and the spreadable jam part. It's great on scones, toast, porridge and makes a great and quick jam tart with a bit of pastry. It's versatile and yummy.
