these are great to have in the freezer for when you want a quick meal. I add mine to packet rice in a frying pan with some thick soy sauce to make fried rice. I do find the texture of the veggies to be a bit rubbery, which freaks me out, but the quality of the veg is still there.

Quick, easy, convenient and healthy... what more could you ask? [This review was collected as part of a promotion. ] I’ve never tried stem fresh veggies before but these were delicious. Cooked in the microwave for 2mins15secs and they were slightly crunchy and full of colour. The bag was big enough to share with my husband. Great mixture of green veggies, quick to prepare, taste good.
