Easy preparation, just follow the instructions by putting into the microwave and heat accordingly. This is part of a healthy diet without the need to fry using wok.

Healthy vegetables at a fraction of the cost. it is conveniently packed. It can be cooked or steamed. I use it to make vegetable curries.

I think this is a great idea 4 when your in a hurry 2 cook a meal with vegetables in it but don't have the time 2 cut them up & cook them these u just put in microwave for a couple of minutes & done & very tasty 2

These are nice for a change, but have found each packet is a small portion. It mentioned that it serves two people but I don't believe.
