I’m not a big fan of Heinz Baked Beans myself, but my little kiddies enjoy them every now and then. They’re easy to heat up and make a quick meal on those nights when everything’s a bit chaotic. Not an everyday thing in our house, but handy to have in the pantry for the occasional request.

Baked beans are a great way to start the day. Full of fibre and protein they keep you full for hours. Also delicious with cheese in a toaster. So versatile and this can that serves two is the perfect size.

The beans are high in fibre and protein, which is a healthy bonus, and the tomato sauce adds good flavour. On the downside, it can be a bit salty, and some might find the portion size small if they’re really hungry

I have loved Heinz Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce since I was a little kid and I enjoyed some with toast for a quick and easy dinner tonight. For a meal out of a can they are pretty good for you. They are also delicious and a bit of a comfort food for me.
