These are very nice and easy to make. Sets well over a few hours but quite a lot of air so once stirred very pudding like. Add a tablespoon of cream in with the milk and it’s very rich. Does not last in fridge for more than two days as starts to get runny again.

I make a lot of cakes and I prefer not to use a buttercream method as it is far too high in calories and far to sweet so I make a whipped cream icing for the cake and I use this instant pudding to keep it stablelized thick in other words so it's stays on the cake longer without melting

I used to eat this Instant Pudding all the time when I was a child, I absolutely loved it. I have just recently introduced it to my children and now they love it too. I was raving about it to a friend and she told me you can use it in Vanilla slice (one of my favourites!). It is now a pantry staple of ours as it is so tasty and so versatile. Definitely something I will never get sick of eating!
