When you are looking for a quick cheap but nutritious eat these are really good with some fresh pasta and veges to round them out. They are good with toast or buy themselves but add fresh avocado and lemon to the side with some pasta on the other side and this is a Great meal that is ready in no time at all. At the time of buying this was $2.20 a can on sale too. Hard to find a cheaper more convenient meal.

Deliciously meaty with the added bonus of veggies. This can make a warming dinner for sometimes as little as $1.75. Therefore it deserves 5 stars

The meat in this is actually decent, the taste is great , good for camping trips , can microwave it but tastes better on the stove
