Good and easy to use sore throat gargle. No need to dilute and contain little cup with measuring line. Iodine is known to be anti-bacterial and even anti-viral, but the available concentration in this gargle is not as high as what is used in the hospital setting. Still, great gargle to relieve sore throat. Just be careful not to swallow it.
