I bought this Sanitarium Up & Go Banana Flavour Liquid Breakfast pack as I am trying to lose weight and lower my blood glucose levels. It has a lot of vitamins and minerals and is low Gl, which is helpful for me as a person with diabetes. I really like the taste and it fills me up quite well. The packs are very handy for travel and when you just don't feel like mixing one yourself.
