These are a great way to bump your protein consumption up without having to consume boat loads of sweeteners. They taste ok, not great but definitely palatable. Great value too when bought in the bulk box.

This vanilla flavoured Up & Go tastes really good and its got protein in it so helps with keeping you going and fills you up. Convenient to take on the go. The 12pk is convenient to buy in bulk. Its like drinking a vanilla milkshake. Highly recommended.
