so good sanitarium dairy substitute almond milk has a nutty flavour of almond.i make smoothies out of them as it blends well.its smooth,nutty flavour with a creamy texture. for vegetarians.i. for lactose intolerance person.its a healthy substitute as also it's unsweetened. I also like it in my coffee,cereal, cons...not good to froth
