Great price for a 12 pack, we love Up and Go, fills you up a bit in the mornings or one for the ride to work. Great for kids lunches too and gives us energy. It's just like drinking chocolate milk, kids love it.

I grab these for my son who isn’t a cereal fan they’re quick and easy for busy mornings, and he’ll often have one (or two)while getting ready for school. The chocolate and strawberry flavours are always a hit, and it’s handy they come in different pack sizes and even a dairy-free option. I do miss the caramel flavour though it was the best, but sadly it’s no longer around

Up and Go’s are one of my go to breakfast drinks! I especially like the protein ones as the are the most filling and help me get to my protein goals for the day
