I like Sanitarium's Up & Go Protein Energize Liquid Breakfast Chocolate drink for its nutrition and quality. The taste is delicious, like most high-protein drinks. It has a milky taste, followed by a chalky aftertaste. And the sourness is moderate. Overall, the taste is overwhelming and has some creaminess.

We love these sup & Go’s especially the chocolate flavour. my kids have one each morning before school as an added breakfast snack and the protein hit makes them feel full until their school lunch break.
