This is my favorite go-to when I'm in a rush. Sometimes you can get it at very good price so I stocked up my fridge with a few of this bad boys. Amazing protein source, very filling.

I like Sanitarium's Up & Go Protein Energize Liquid Breakfast Chocolate drink for its nutrition and quality. The taste is delicious, like most high-protein drinks. It has a milky taste, followed by a chalky aftertaste. And the sourness is moderate. Overall, the taste is overwhelming and has some creaminess.
