It has a milky taste, followed by a chalky aftertaste. And the sourness is moderate. Overall, the taste is overwhelming and has some creaminess.

Actually pretty solid for a quick breakfast. Tastes better than you’d expect for something packed with protein, and it fills you up enough to get going. Easy to grab and drink on the run. Bit sweet, but not in a bad way. Good option when you’ve got no time.
