I tried Sanitarium So Good Almond Milk Original and found it quite nice for a dairy-free option. The texture is smooth and light, not as creamy as regular milk, but still pleasant. The flavour has a mild nuttiness with a touch of sweetness that makes it easy to drink on its own. I used it in my coffee and it blended well without splitting, and it also worked fine in cereal. For cooking, it didn’t overpower the dish, which I liked. It’s a good everyday almond milk if you want something lighter than dairy but still versatile.
