These are great for a quick snack. Vanilla tastes so good and I like the added protein. only negative is the price as they are expensive

Taste really good and is a convenient breakfast for when you’re on the run. I do prefer the other flours, but this one isn’t too bad

Easy snack or breakfast to keep on hand. They last a long time because they’re shelf stable and the packaging is a lot less bulky than refridgerated protein shakes.
