A handy grab-and-go option when I’m short on time. The chocolate flavour is decent and it’s surprisingly filling for a drink. Great protein boost, especially after a workout. Only con is it can taste a bit processed, but that’s expected for a shelf-stable shake. Overall, super convenient and does the job.

Yum!! I was never a fan of up&go’s until I tried these but these have changed that. They’re rich but not sickly sweet or too chocolatey. perfect to grab on those busy mornings when you don’t have time to make and eat a decent breakfast

These are used every single day in my house and the kids have these every morning on the way to school after they have breakfast to fill them up even more. the taste is great and has a great health rating.

Good source of protein for an on-the-go drink. The chocolate flavour tastes standard, if you prefer another flavour I’d strongly recommend Iced Coffee and keep refrigerated. Otherwise chocolate is a good option too.

I love love this protein drink. Think it's for kids? I drink this as an adult for mel replacement or I need an energy drink in the morning. I always hoard when this goea half price at the grocery.
