As a soy milk drinker for most of my life, this one is my favourite. Lite means it's not too thick and heavy for me to drink as I don't like creamy milk. Like the long life as I always have some in the cupboard. Probably buy a couple every big shop I do.

i personally love this product. i bought it because i was trying out some vegan foods and wanted to see if i could use this instead of milk and it was something i got used to pretty much straight away. it has a definite different taste to natural milk but still tastes great

A very good lite soy milk variety. Nice light flavour and not as thick a taste as the regular soy milk.
