I like to have these handy in cupboard so if need to have breakfast on the run I just put 1-2 in my bag and of i go makes u fell like u haven't missed out on "the most important meal if the day" so I like to buy them for the days I don't have time to make breakfast cons are if not keep cold they don't taste the nicest so if it someone who has busy morning the are great
