What better way to start the day off with a up and go. Not is it a very yummy drink but it also has high fibre, whole grain oats and high protein. This drink fuels a healthy and nutritious breakfast. The drink is very refreshing and filling. The con is that it may be costly to buy at times when there are other alternative drinks

Probably the best flavour of them all, this is good for breakfast in itself. Doesnt contain too much sugar, but a lot of essential nutrients.
