I bought this Sanitarium Up & Go Banana Flavour Liquid Breakfast pack as I am trying to lose weight and lower my blood glucose levels. It has a lot of vitamins and minerals and is low GI, which is helpful for me as a person with diabetes. I really like the taste and it fills me up quite well. The packs are very handy for travel and when you just don't feel like mixing one yourself.

This is my go to if I am running late or just don't have time to eat breakfast. Up&Go fills me up until morning tea. I also have it if I need something to tide me over until dinner. Banana is my favourite flavour in this range. I need to drink it when it is cold, so I have to remember to put it in the fridge the night before. If it gets to room temperature then it doesn't taste as good. I do think it is expensive so always try to buy when on a half price special. It often comes on sale towards the end of school holidays when they are trying to get parents to buy it for their kids lunch box.

very handy for kids breakfasts or lunchboxes. A little expensive and high in sugar but overall pretty good and convenient.

These bananas Up and Go's are great value in special. They keep on the go and convenient to take with me if I dont have time for breakfast. The banana flavour is like a milkshake. Really enjoyable to drink.

These are good but full of sugar. My kids don’t like the sugar free ones. Kids love these because it’s something quick they can have to curb their hunger. I’ve had to stop buying these because of the cost of living. They are just a treat every now and then.

These up and Go's are great value when on sale. The banana flavour works well and it tastes like a milkshake. These keep me going until lunch and they are great when you are short on time. Really enjoyable to drink.

Good deep banana flavour tastes real and authentic. The only thing I'm concerned about is the sugar level wish they could do reduced sugar version. Otherwise perfect for breakfast or meal on the go.

A fantastic little pick me up of a morning. I don’t really have breakfast, so I find if I have an Up&Go, it gives me the energy I need to kick start the day. The banana flavour is yummy. Tastes just like a banana smoothie. Very creamy, but not too filling. Will continue to buy these morning treats!

Such a great product that is so convenient for when you are on the go and need to grab something quickly. Wonderful for breakfast as it fills you up and keeps you going until lunchtime. I use these at anytime throughout the day and I find they are great chilled but also fine straight out of the cupboard (just my personal preference). Wonderful alternative product for kids that are difficult at breakfast time to ensure they are getting enough vitamins and minerals to get them through the day without having to argue with them every morning about eating. This product is a great healthy option that we always have on hand in the pantry as we always stock up when they are on special. The banana flavour is great, not overwhelming or the fake over sweet ‘lolly’ like banana flavour you can get with some products. Big thumbs up from our family!
