Love using the Philadelphia cream cheese block for recipes, the foil pack just opens so easily and you can throw it straight into your dish (I use it especially for cob loaf!) makes it easier compared to the tub that you’d need to scoop out. Philadelphia is a lot creamier than home brand cream cheese too, you just can’t beat it!!

Philadelphia cream cheese is great. I generally buy it for baking needs for example cheesecakes as I’m not actually sure what else people use it for? The cream cheese as it is described - fresh and creamy taste. It’s smooth, easy to use and creates for some yummy products. The blocks are always good quality and sealed for freshness with a foil wrapping around it then placed into a cardboard box. You can buy them in bulk packs or individual but only this size of 250g which I believe is a great size anyhow. Currently they are on special at Woolworths for half price so worth buying some especially as they usually last a little while refrigerated. 5 stars!
