Great cream cheese - haven’t found an alternative that tastes as good. Great for cheesecakes obviously but also good for making chocolate truffle balls with Oreo biscuits.

This is my go to brand whenever making cheese cake, it comes out perfect every time. Just need everything at room temp to mix well with the other ingredients. The texture and consistency is nice, smooth and velvety. Other recipes I like to use it for is carrot cake as a frosting just mixed with some lemon juice and sugar. Have to stock up when ever it is half price!

A delicious creamy staple ingredient that I use in cob loaf, it makes the perfect dip. I also love that it has an extremely long shelf life, so great to pick up when on sale and keep for when you need it.
