always keep a block on hand for a con queso dip. very versatile but not the cheapest. prefer this over the light as it seems to have a bit more punch in a cheese dip.

We used this as a base ingredient for a dessert. we absolutely love the texture and taste of this cream cheese. It was so easy to use it in the dessert.. Would highly recommend it.
