5-Star Photo Review of Philadelphia Regular Cream Cheese Block 250g

This brand was my go to for many years until cheaper versions became available, on special this week so bought for my Christmas baking. I really like the creamy soft texture that has a slight salty finish. It is reliable for all my cheesecakes, occasionally used for icing of cakes. The packaging is easy to open and can be resealed for later use.
