This has been the secret ingredient in my family's Bolognese sauce for as long as I can remember. It used to be sold as 'chargrilled vegetables' before it was renamed to 'roasted vegetables', but I don't think the rebrand affected the recipe of the product too much. So much flavour packed into one little jar. I find a lot of other stir-throughs to be bland in comparison to Leggo's range. This one is really tasty and rich.
