This tomato paste is super convenient, love that it’s triple concentrated so you don’t need to use a lot to get strong tomato flavor. I use it for pasta sauce, stews, even pizza, and it adds a nice richness. The tub is easy to scoop from, but you do have to finish it within a few days after opening. Overall, really handy to keep in the fridge.
