Lego’s Tomato Paste Tubs are great to use. They are a 2 pack and a good little size. I use them for cooking my spaghetti. Great brand as well

Positives Quality & Ingredients • Made in Australia using Australian-grown tomatoes, which supports local produce and tends to result in a rich, authentic tomato flavour. • Triple-concentrated tomato gives strong flavour and body, making it effective in sauces, stews, soups and many cooked dishes. • No artificial colours or flavours and no added preservatives, which many consumers view as a cleaner or more natural product. • Suitable for vegans and vegetarians and certified Halal, broadening dietary compatibility. • Generally receives positive user feedback for flavour and consistency, with many reviews noting it enhances the taste of pasta, casseroles and other dishes. Convenience • The tub packaging is convenient to open and use; smaller portions may reduce waste compared to larger jars or cans. • The twin-pack format can be handy for households that use tomato paste regularly but want two sealed portions to finish before spoilage. Negatives Cost & Value • Pricing per gram can be higher than some generic or supermarket-brand tomato pastes or sauces — particularly when buying smaller tubs. Consumer reviews sometimes mention it being “a bit pricey.” Texture/Consistency • Some users report occasional inconsistencies in texture (e.g., feeling slightly too thin or watery compared with expectations for concentrated paste), which might mean needing to use more product for the same flavour impact. Shelf Life & Use • Once opened, tomato paste in tubs or tubes should be used within a few days and refrigerated; otherwise it can spoil. This can be inconvenient if you only need small amounts over time. • Packaging isn’t always resealable in a way that prevents drying out or oxidisation, especially compared with squeezy tubes or jars. General Considerations • As with any concentrated paste, it’s best used as an ingredient in cooked dishes — its strong flavour and concentrated nature may not appeal to all palates if used straight. • Tomato paste is high in natural sugars and sodium, which could be a consideration if you are monitoring dietary intake (though Leggo’s version has no added salt beyond the natural content).

fantastic paste. thick and much better than thinner cheaper brands. I use it to extend my pasta sauce without compromising its taste. it has the right amount of tomato taste and salt, density (not runny).
