Does the job if you’re baking on a budget, but it’s definitely not the same as pure vanilla. Flavour is a bit thin and artificial, though it still adds sweetness. Fine for everyday cakes or biscuits, but if you want depth, you’ll notice the difference. I mainly buy cos its alcohol free.
