Exactly as listed - tasty! slightly powdery with the anti caking agent. one of the better brands of Aussie cheese without being overly expensive. melts well in pizza scrolls and easy for a grab and go to save time grating!

Although this cheese is great for convenience as its shredded it tends to be very very oily when cooking with it. I like the sharp tasty flavour and the resealable packaging but its very expensive.
