Well, if you want to buy this one even though it's on sale, I'd say go for another one. Go for full cream butter or better off a ghee. This one doesn't taste as a full cream butter or as healthy as the ghee. It's everything in the middle - taste, texture, the ability to be stored in the fridge. Generally speaking, everything me personally would rather go for something that can satisfy one of my needs: either the flavour or the ability to be stored in the fridge for a longer time or the healthy need. So there are better options out there.
