Essential finely grated parmesan cheese is made from australian milk and a source of calcium. No artificial colors or flavours or preservatives. Great on any pasta dish or even tacos. Grated cheese very very fine, great price. Cons... Not as tasty as real parmesan cheese

I got this to use in pesto pasta recipe and to have on hand to put on top of pasta dishes that I cook at home. this was an inexpensive Parmesan that still has a pretty good flavour. it lasts a long time in the fridge.
