These quick oats have become a staple for me for a quick healthy breakfast. Just put them in a bowl with some water and honey and into the microwave for a few minutes. They’re so versatile you can add anything you like to them, from fruits, peanut butter, milk, even cereal like nutri grain is great. If you want to get really freaky try putting some Milo on top or mixing in some powdered chocolate. Full of fiber and pretty filling. Great for kids before school and very cheap compared to cereals.
