Good full taste. Use sliced in sandwiches, grated to top home made pizza, cut in slices or cubes for a platter.

got it for a snacks get together, and people seemed to like it. It is a bit crumbly though and difficult to cut up. The flavour is good though.

This is a great all rounder cheese, using it sliced on sandwiches, grated for pasta dishes & for topping & grilling on Macaroni & cheese or cut into blocks & use with cabanossi on cheese platter. Nice flavour for any use, easy to slice & affordable. A thick slice with honey is really yummy.
